Terms of Use — YogaFit / YogaVision

These Terms supplement Apple’s Standard EULA for App Store apps and describe YogaFit-specific rules, including auto-renewable subscriptions.

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using YogaFit / YogaVision (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Use, Apple’s Standard EULA, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. The Service

YogaFit provides AI-assisted yoga coaching features, including pose guidance, progress tracking, challenges, community features, and optional Premium subscriptions. Features may evolve over time.

The App is for fitness and wellness information purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program, especially if you have injuries or health conditions.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for keeping credentials secure.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).
We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. Free & Premium

The App offers a free tier with limited AI corrections and optional Premium plans:

Premium Monthly — Product ID: com.viewsoftware.yogafit.pro.monthly (auto-renewable, 1 month)
Premium Yearly — Product ID: com.viewsoftware.yogafit.pro.yearly (auto-renewable, 1 year)
Lifetime Access — Product ID: com.viewsoftware.yogafit.pro.lifetime (non-consumable, one-time purchase)

Displayed prices may vary by country/storefront. Prices shown in the App Store / purchase sheet at the time of purchase control.

5. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions after purchase.
Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Misuse the App, reverse engineer it (except where allowed by law), or disrupt service
Upload unlawful, abusive, or infringing content
Use the App in a way that risks injury or violates others’ rights
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or other users’ data

7. Intellectual Property

The App, branding, content, and software are owned by View Software S.r.l. or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms and Apple’s Standard EULA.

8. AI Features Disclaimer

AI coaching and pose feedback are automated estimates and may be inaccurate. Always use common sense, stop if you feel pain, and do not rely solely on the App for safety-critical decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, View Software S.r.l. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits/data, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the App in the 12 months before the claim (or €50 if greater protections are not required by law).

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death/personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited).

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms. Provisions that by nature should survive (including IP, disclaimers, and liability limits) will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply. Consumers in the EU/EEA may bring claims in their local courts.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. The Effective date will change when we do. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Questi Termini integrano l’EULA standard Apple e descrivono le regole specifiche di YogaFit, inclusi gli abbonamenti a rinnovo automatico.

1. Accettazione

Scaricando o usando YogaFit / YogaVision (l’“App”), accetti questi Termini di Utilizzo, l’EULA standard Apple e la nostra Informativa Privacy. Se non sei d’accordo, non usare l’App.

2. Il servizio

YogaFit offre coaching yoga assistito da AI, guida alle pose, tracking progressi, sfide, community e piani Premium opzionali. Le funzioni possono evolvere nel tempo.

L’App fornisce informazioni di fitness/benessere e non costituisce parere medico. Consulta un medico prima di iniziare un programma di esercizi.

3. Account

Sei responsabile dell’accuratezza dei dati e della sicurezza delle credenziali.
Devi avere almeno 13 anni (o l’età minima richiesta nel tuo Paese).
Possiamo sospendere account che violano questi Termini o la legge.

4. Gratis e Premium

Premium Mensile — com.viewsoftware.yogafit.pro.monthly (rinnovo automatico, 1 mese)
Premium Annuale — com.viewsoftware.yogafit.pro.yearly (rinnovo automatico, 1 anno)
Lifetime — com.viewsoftware.yogafit.pro.lifetime (non consumabile, pagamento unico)

I prezzi possono variare per Paese. Fanno fede i prezzi mostrati da Apple al momento dell’acquisto.

5. Abbonamenti a rinnovo automatico

Il pagamento è addebitato sull’Apple ID alla conferma dell’acquisto.
L’abbonamento si rinnova automaticamente salvo disdetta almeno 24 ore prima della scadenza del periodo.
L’addebito di rinnovo avviene nelle 24 ore precedenti la fine del periodo corrente.
Puoi gestire/disdire in Impostazioni → Apple ID → Abbonamenti.
Eventuali giorni residui di prova gratuita possono decadere all’acquisto.
I rimborsi sono gestiti da Apple secondo le sue policy.

6. Uso consentito

Non abusare dell’App, non effettuare reverse engineering illegale, non interferire col servizio
Non caricare contenuti illeciti o lesivi
Non usare l’App in modo pericoloso o lesivo dei diritti altrui

7. Proprietà intellettuale

App, marchi e contenuti appartengono a View Software S.r.l. o ai suoi licenzianti. Ricevi una licenza limitata, non esclusiva e non trasferibile all’uso sull’App Store, come previsto dall’EULA Apple.

8. Disclaimer AI

Feedback pose e coaching AI sono stime automatiche e possono essere imprecisi. Usa buon senso, interrompi in caso di dolore e non affidarti solo all’App per decisioni di sicurezza.

9. Esclusione di garanzie

Nei limiti di legge, l’App è fornita “COSÌ COM’È” e “COME DISPONIBILE”, senza garanzie di alcun tipo.

10. Limitazione di responsabilità

Nei limiti di legge, View Software S.r.l. non è responsabile di danni indiretti, incidentali, speciali o consequenziali derivanti dall’uso dell’App. La responsabilità complessiva non supera quanto pagato per l’App nei 12 mesi precedenti (o €50 se maggiori tutele non sono obbligatorie).

Nulla limita responsabilità che la legge non consente di escludere.

11. Risoluzione

Puoi smettere di usare l’App in qualsiasi momento. Possiamo sospendere/terminare l’accesso in caso di violazione.

12. Legge applicabile

Si applica la legge italiana, fatte salve le norme imperative a tutela del consumatore del Paese di residenza. I consumatori UE/SEE possono agire presso i tribunali del proprio domicilio.

13. Modifiche

Possiamo aggiornare questi Termini. L’uso continuato dopo le modifiche implica accettazione.
